Job Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, organization and customer service skills
- Understanding of basic cash procedures
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to handle challenging customer issues with patience, tact and professionalism
- Excellent training skills
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Current CPR Certification
- Manage, hire, train and develop staff
- generate sales leads through company sponsored events
- oversees lead generation for sales team
- motivates sales staff and monitor their production
- hold daily/monthly production meeting with team
- establish and maintain standard company protocol for sales tours and price presentation
- maintain and direct training and development of staff
- must be bilingual
- mechanically inclined preferred
- open availability, able to work evenings and every weekend
- must be able to work outdoors as needed
- must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- responsible for making employees schedules
